We welcomed President Dr. Katie Conboy, along with Holly Johnson, VP for Advancement and Kara O’Leary ‘89 Executive Director of Alumnae and College Relations from the College on Wednesday, April 20th at the Altadena Town and Country Club in Altadena.
Alumnae from as far as South Orange County and North to Avila Beach joined us for a lovely evening celebrating the College. Dr. Conboy spoke about the challenges Covid brought, how Saint Mary’s persevered through the pandemic, and has recovered stronger than ever. Introducing several new graduate programs including a Doctors in Nursing Practice program and an upcoming joint Engineering degree with the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Conboy is leading the College wide-eyed into the future. If you haven’t had a chance to see the complete remodel of Regina Hall’s first floor and basement into a state of the art hospital-like setting complete with beds, dummy patients, and classrooms, please click here for an overview of the new space.
Because of the generosity of our Host Committee along with the generous donation of Colleen Roohan ’85, we were able to offer the event free to our BOLD alumnae. Please view the event photos, and join us for Founders’ Day in the fall!
